The Living Tradition is a full colour, bimonthly folk and traditional music magazine that has been in publication for 20 years. In that time it has managed to build a great reputation and solid readership base around the globe. Based in Ayrshire, Scotland, the magazine is created by a dedicated team of folk and traditional music enthusiasts with past experience ranging from events organisation to live performing. The main aim of the magazine is to highlight the rich heritage of traditional music in the British Isles and further afield, and to bring it to the attention of a wider audience.
